President Buhari Lunch A Meal Per day Programm

In fulfillment of the electioneering promises, the All Progressives Congress led FG under the auspices of President Muhammad Buhari has launched 'A meal per day' programme for the Public primary schools in Ogun State.

Over 2,000 women were beneficiaries of the recruitment and training in Ogun State as food vendors for the Federal Government Home Grown School Feeding Programme. The programme designed to provide one free, hot and nutritious meal per day to all primary schools in Ogun state.

Beneficiaries of the food vending in Ijebu North Local Government today received their cooking utensils to help in the discharge of their duties. Also, disbursement of funds for the food vendors has been finalized by the government.

The Chairman Ijebu North Local Government, Hon. Adebayo Adekoya in his address charged the food vendors to discharge their duties effectively and ensure the feeding programme fulfill its purpose of putting rich and nutritious meal on the tables of targeted people.
