Atiku And Tinubu Meet Obasanjo

Presidential aspirant, who is to run on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku Abubakar and the party national leader Bola Tinubu met separately with Nigeria’s ex President Olusegun Obasanjo on November 14.
The meeting of Lagos State former governor Tinubu with OBJ is believed to be linked with the upcoming 2015 elections. The politician did not brief journalists after the encounter in Abeokuta, but simply drove out of the Obasanjo’s residence around 12.30pm.
In another development, Atiku, the former Vice President, spent about 45 minutes in a closed-door meeting with Obasanjo, after which the two had lunch. Atiku disclosed that is was a respect visit, during which they also discussed the current situation in the country.
